Per CoinGecko, there are currently about 120,681,537 ETH in circulation (≈120.7 million).

That's a net figure — Ethereum has no hard max supply. Its supply grows through new block rewards (PoS staking emissions) but shrinks via the EIP-1559 fee-burn mechanism, which permanently destroys a portion of transaction fees. So circulation is a dynamic number that can drift up or down depending on how much activity is on-chain.

For context, that's roughly 1.6× Bitcoin's ~19.7 million BTC circulating supply. ETH's current price is about $2,416, giving a market cap near $291.6 billion (rank #2).
